Can I use an arris sbg8782 in place of an arris nvg510?
Bought a new firetv. when i bluetooth my speakers, i get a message on the tv saying i needed to connect a 5ghz wireless router for best operation. I guess my old att router is not. my son gave me a very nice arris sbg8782, and is a 5ghz. will it work?

This SBC router can't be used as a replacement for your AT&T Gateway, but it can be used. While we can't guarantee that it will work as intended, we suggest that you use port forwarding to make it your main router. We have a guide on how to set up port forwarding on our website.
