A cheap plastic cover was replaced less than a year ago and now it’s broken again. Please fix it ounce and for all with a stronger metal cover.

I was told to call 811 AT&T they said I should call

If you have at&t internet at home be it fiber or old school dsl , call 800 288 2020 ask for tech support and tell them your line is exposed they'll send a tech free of charge to investigate. Issue like this are supposed to be dealt with by local tech center.

If you don't have at&t internet, or if you have POTS landline you call 800 288 2020 ask for line down group and they will schedule someone to come and deal with it, they'll ask your phone number name and address if it's pedestal or a handhole, provide you with reference number and give you time frame of 7 days for someone to show up.

I got a Ticket number Ns10r888 hopefully your technician will fix it correctly with a metal cover plate rather then a cheap green plastic cover as it’s the second attempt in less then a year coming out to fix this trip hazard

I would not hold my breath on a metal cover; those boxes are manufactured by someone and the someone provides the covers they do.  Why is it that this location is breaking in less than a year?  Is it in a walkway?  Does a riding lawn mower go over it regularly?

The location is on a swail between the sidewalk and the road, I believe it’s either cars park on it that give it weight so it cracks more and more overtime. Aswell it can maybe be that the bulk garbage truck is doing it.
