Broadband won’t stop blinking green

Broad band won’t stop blinking green. Modem will connect to my pc but won’t let me use WiFi. Same with smart phone can connect to the modem but WiFi won’t work

What's your gateway model? You likely have a partial or intermittent signal, not syncing for service. Contact 800.288.2020 and have support run a line check. A tech will be dispatched if needed.

Did the WiFi stop working recently?

Try using our Troubleshoot and Resolve tool to run equipment diagnostics and find recommended solutions to any problems found.

You should also reboot your gateway by unplugging the power for about 15 seconds, if you haven't.
