Broadband light

The broadband light is flashing red started flashing red October 23 I tired holding the reset button for 2 seconds still flashes red I tired unplugging the cord and wait 5 seconds to plug it back in still flashes red

Sounds like you have an issue with your wired connection from the Gateway to the AT&T Network.  If you have already checked your cable from the green port on your Gateway to the wall, and it looks okay, then you need to call 800-288-2020 and have someone come out and fix your line.
