Broadband light on gatewayblinking red

No tv or internet service Have tried rebooting many times Can’t get a representative after a half hour on hold

Likely a connection problem between your gateway the neighborhood signal source. You'll have to contact 800.288.2020 for service and be persistent- wait times of two hours or more reported.
