Broadband light flashing red

I have plugged in my equipment and the broadband light on the router is flashing red. I have restarted my motem and nothing changed. How do I fix this to have my internet work?

We're here to help! Is this the first time you have set up the equipment? If this is apart of a self installation you will have a service activation date. You can check the status of your activation by visiting our Welcome Center. If you have additional questions reach back out to us!
