Broadband light alternately blink green and red

Hello ! My modem model is BGW210. The broadband light is alternately blink green and red and the internet connection doesn't work. I have tried the troubleshooting suggestion online but it didn't work. I also tried to call but nobody replies. As a teacher who need the internet to provide online classes everyday, is there anyone could help ? Thank you so much !

Sounds like a partial disconnect outside of the home. Try Troubleshoot & Resolve at https://www.att.com/support/article/u-verse-high-speed-internet/KM1375865. You can also call 800.288.2020 for support, but expect long wait times.

Lots of people are being inconvenienced by the current situation. Sharply reduced call center staffing, technicians not available to work due to health or family issues, record-setting call volumes and a growing service backlog are causing difficulty in getting through to AT&T (and the other communication companies, judging by social media). You'll have to keep trying and be patient.
