Broadband Blinking Red
I'm looking for advice on what else I can do to resolve this issue. I have a BGW210 router. The broadband light blinks green and then blinks red. I have restarted the router, reset the router and it still blinks green and then red. I then accessed my router IP address and it states that the broadband connection is down. I ran the diagnostics troubleshooting and the authentication test failed. I also tried to restart the broadband connection. Any advice?

Alright lemme tell you what's going on here . In order for your internet to work Your modem has to achieve sync what is that it means that your modem is communicating effectively with the Dslam outside your home . in case modem is flashing red or switching between the 2 lights it means there is a signal on the line however this signal is not strong enough to let your modem fully sync with outside Dslam equipment so my advice talk to support of getting a tech and as long the issue from at&t network or the equipment it's gonna be free of charge .
