Broadband 1 is blinking red on internet 10 gateway

Internet suddenly stopped working. I’ve tried resetting and checking the cords, nothing is working. Help?

Blinking Red Broadband indicates no signal, usually the sign of a break in the wire at some point. If your data cable is connected properly to the gateway and to the wall outlet, with no damage showing, your next step is to call 800.288.2020 for support.
