Black Desert Online struggling with ATT only.
Hello, the game Black Desert Online is having some serious connection issues ever since I got a new modem installed. After looking around it seems that many ATT customers are having the same issue. I dont know if its the firewall on the modem or what but something on ATT's end is causing a lot of problems with this game.
The link above is to the game's forums where ATT users have been reporting the issue. The game company has said that it is not on their end and it is definitely specific to ATT.
Any suggestions to fix this problem ?

Thank you for taking the time to reach out on the forums! After reviewing the forum post you included, it sounds to be like server congestion. The original post indicated that the lag begins to occur only after 7pm, do you also encounter the lag after a certain time period? Additionally, is it just the one game you experience this lag with? We look forward to hearing back!
