BGW210-700 Modem takes over root

Is it possible to change the STP priority for the BGW210-700 Modem from 0? Ours continues attempting to take over root.

Thoughts?

You're running the Spanning Tree Protocol behind your BGW210?

No. STP is used by the mesh solution in the BGW210.

I would suggest either allowing the BGW210 to be the root, or put an intervening router between it and your Ethernet LAN that behaves the way you want.  The BGW210 is intended to primarily be a consumer router and makes a lot of assumptions on how your network should work.
