ATT will not provide address to return equipment to disabled senior citizen who is home bound

ATT will not provide an address to return equipment.

UPS has asked ATT for a 3 way call to help get a pick up at my door, ATT refused the 3 way call.

I have no way to return the equipment other than by USPS and can not get an address.

Need an address, USPS will pick up at disability mailbox at the door.

ATT is not accommodating ADA law on their returns, UPS wants to help.

Please help.

Have you asked for a return kit?

If we send you a return kit

  1. Pack up the equipment you’re sending back to us.
  2. Attach the prepaid shipping label to the return kit.
  3. Give the kit to your mail carrier or drop it off at a post office.

ATT does not send labels or provide addresses for returns to disabled homebound people if they live near a UPS or FEDEX.

ATT refuses to provide an address so equipment can be returned via USPS who will pick up at the dorr..
