Att Uverse outage
Located near zip code 78660. It’s been over 24 hours with no internet and NO HELP or ETA on when our internet will be up and running again. We’ve contacted customer support 3 times with no answers. Each time we’ve called they said there is no outage and proceeds to walk us through restarting the router and once they see all is good on our end they then advise there is an outage. Yes we know…that’s why we keep calling and wanting to know when this will be fixed! I’m tired of hearing allow more time.. well how much time? Hours days? Will this be fixed before Monday? We’ve missed 2 whole work days as we work from home.
