AT&T Uverse Modem blocking ipsec VPN tunnel

Hi there,

I have an AT&T uverse modem at one of my remote sites. It was working up until a few weeks ago. The Cisco ASA (Firewall) is behind the AT&T modem acting as their firewall, router and DHCP server. When I remote into a workstation at the remote site, I can see that the firewall is configured correctly, and is sending out the traffic properly to form the VPN  tunnel.

I have attempted to call the AT&T DSL hotline only to give me an automated response of that the internet is working fine.

If someone from AT&T can please contact me, I would appreciate it greatly.

I just need the ports to not be blocked from the uverse modem so I can form the VPN tunnel back to our corporate office.

@ATTHelp Thank you for replying. This is related to a business account. I have called the 800 number and only got to an automated line which will only check the status of my connection and only reports that the speed and connectivity is good, which it is. But I know we have some ports blocked on the modem side.

The link doesn't work. I shall call the 800 number.

I also don't believe this is a AGNC issue. It's on the AT&T provided modem. I just need someone to connect to the modem and take off the ports that are blocked.
