ATT UVERSE GATEWAY -PLEASE READ

This is also being discussed in this thread above and it needs more attention. The ATT gateways are being exploited and wirelessly hacked. I live in an apartment complex that HAS to use ATT and everyone is hacked whether they have even realized it yet or not. We have a hacker "porobably building a bot net" who we have tried to get out of our systems for months now. I have completely dropped windows at this point due to the extensive vulernabilities. We have been through multiple gateways and they hack the new ones within minutes. We have redone our systems too many times to count, completely nuked the discs and reloaded, and manually built firewalls and they still get in.

I am currently talking with the secret service cyber crime divison trying to get actual help on this matter, while at the same time attempting to secure my network to no avail. I am not a limited knowlege pc user and still have been unable to resolve this issue. we are currently looking at buying new equipment to prtect our personal information and our network from ATTs router..... My girlfriend recently moved here and her network was compromised within days. They have the ability to take full control of your PC depending on your security knowledge and set up. They can stream your video, your audio, steal all personal data, poison your DNS. This is a very serious matter and unless people realize and get involved it will not be fixed by ATT.
