AT&T Internet Service Orlando

I am a 25yr AT&T Internet Customer and my service has been down since 09/29/2022 and they won't let you speak to a United States Agent and all they say is it will be fixed by the end of the day. Which it never is..

If your address has been identified as part of a larger outage, there would be no individual repair appointment scheduled until after the outage is resolved.

An example would be main aerial fiber on poles with your individual drop from pole to house having been damaged. If the main fiber is damaged, meaning several addresses out of service, there is no need to replace the drop to the house till after the main fiber line is repaired/replaced. 

A tech dispatch only works from the terminal to house connection, not an outside tech or part of a construction crew repairing main fiber.
