At&t Home DSL Internet Paradox
Hello,
Our At&t home DSL internet has been down for almost a month already.
I've sp9ken to tech support 8 times already and a tech has come to resolve it, but we could never get it to work.
Yes, I have tried resetting the modem & logging back into the modem with the user id & password.
The phone lines were also tested and work just fine.
We even installed a new modem, but the same problem still remains.
When I try to login to the modem, I get this message, "PPP connection failed please check configuration."
This message implies the credentials are incorrect, however I've triple checked with tech support to verify. (Yes I know the credentials are case sensative.)
Next I ran a test on the modem and got these results.
Could anyone please tell me if they have an idea as to what is going on or how I might go about resolving this issue?
