Att fixed wireless....

I've had this service for years. But it seems the last month I've had nothing but issues.  For the past week and a half my Broadband 1 light has been going solid red. I have called and reported and set up a repair. Only to sit home not one but two days from work for them to never show up. Then when I call back I get told to jnplug my router and see if that help....it's beyond frustrating. No one seems to know how to help.
