ATT FedEx Shipping Restrictions

I recently ordered ATT Internet service for my new address and ATT shipped me a router via FedEx. Fedex has attempted to deliver the package but because I work nights, I will never be able to take delivery of it during normal business hours. ATT placed restrictions on the order to where I cannot pick it up at a FedEx location. FedEx customer service said that ATT has to call them and release the restrictions. What do I do? Cancel my internet?
