I don't know about a reply but att uverse in my area is the worst. it fails to work at least five times a day it is so slow that sling tv won't work even on the lowest quality setting. "and I am paying for elite service" elite my butt!
even the phone quits when the internet go's down! the internet has quit every day since they forced me to change from standard dsl to uverse! as soon as another service comes to my area I am going to quit att altogether. this from a guy that has had the same phone number for 40 years
and I still have my PacBell, net email address that's how long att has been collecting a monthly bill from me and if charter or anybody else comes to town I am going to switch so fast you won't even get to see my butt flying out the door the technicians have been coming out once a week or so for two years and it is never fixed the phone and the internet fails to work at least five times a day it never gets up to the advertised speed and att has been ripping me off for years i[Per Guidelines: Keep it Relevant and Appropriate].

The people that work at AT&T that I have dealt with have mostly been just wonderful, much appreciated. However I still have super slow internet that I pay too much for. I am very frustrated and don't have the time to call or chat every time I have a problem which is more often than not. My daughter goes to a library or coffee place to do her work because of our awful internet. Everyone wants me to switch to cable. What about the field techs, are they doing a good job keeping things up?

hello i really hate to talk bad about anyones business, but i have had atts supposed service since june of 2017 (10 months) and im just about to throw in the towel on these guys. i was outright lied to from their rep over the phone to initially. he somehow convinced me to bundle a landline phone and told me it was cheaper. i was quoted 30 bucks (under a comparable scale of what i get and what i pay, i sometimes imagine the 30 dollar bundle is a rj wire and a twist tie) and my lowest bill so far was 92. and then without me even asking he tells me he is going to send me an activation code for this super awesome app they have so i can get it for free. im still waiting for that app 10 mths later. this app is typical tour de force programming that we have all grown accustomed to from them btw. i have a tech coming out today to supposed fix it and they told me that i would have to pay a 99 dollar charge to fix it my abode my dime thats typical but i got to thinking about it and my internet has worked right from day one. and they have telephonic record proof their will be no 99 coming from me today of course i was told to download their fix all program i told them most isps have a 3rd party promote a mostly complete version of their prog for new business att thing will scan your stuff but will not fix it unless 14 17 dollars a month can you believe the nerve of th

So interesting to stumble across this forum. As a longtime at&t customer since the days of mabel the quality & customer svc. had declined as fast as rates increase. Saw the Spectrum/TWC suggestion but just cut ties w/them for similar reasons & don't trust. In 2 yrs I have has the modem replaced 3 times from at&t only to be w/o internet again. Each time worked well for a couple of mos. a best, then die shortly after. Now I see they want to chg me $100+ to fix the shotty equipment THEY sent. WT* at&t! We can thank net neutrality for these big co. for these actions. Does anyone know if you can purchase your own modem to use w/att or any other net co.? Rather take my chances w/my own modem. At least they have a 1+ yr warranty. We're beyond frustrated att! Are you listening?
