Arlo Base Station Not working on ATT Fiber

Just got ATT fiber and connected my Arlo base station that was working with my previous ISP and wireless router.  The Arlo system worked for about an hour but went offline.  I have tried restarting the gateway and factory resetting the Arlo base station several times, but the base station will not reconnect with myarlo.com.  Could there be something blocking with ATT?  I have tried disabling the firewall and Home Network Security but no go.

Figured it out.  The port settings on the bgw320-500 weren't set to auto.  Setting located at Home Network > Configure.

Let's get your Arlo Base Station back online, @baker489

Have you tried disconnecting your Arlo from the network completely and reconnecting?

We'll be awaiting your reply.

I have disconnected and tried reconnecting.  Below is a list of things I've tried.

-Factory Reset of Base Station

-Switching Fiber Gateway Ports and trying another device on the same port

-Connecting a switch to the Gateway and placing it in IP Passthrough and attaching the Basestation to the switch

Thank you

@baker489

Have you tried resetting the ARLO and reinstalling it? This will allow the ARLO to be configured to your new home network.

You may have to do a IP Passthrough if you are unable to connect your ARLO.

We also recommend reaching out to the ARLO support team for assistance as well.

Let us know if you have additional questions.

Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums.
