Antenna power supply clicking
There was a storm last night and now my antenna power supply is clicking (AT&T MODEL: POER0-35).
I've read enough comments in the forums to know I just need a new power supply, but have been on hold 45 minutes waiting to be "transferred to a local tech".
Is there a way to just ask AT&T to send me a replacement box? They have such great service in my rural area, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE is always so so so bad.
