AirTies 4920 firmware update
I need to hook this device up via anything but the WPS button. I have tried hooking it up to computer and going to the http://air4920.local The only options I have are Status, Basic Settings, Advanced Settings. Nothing in here about setting up via a repeater.

We'd be happy to help you set up your AirTies, @minternet.
We recommend, that you use the Smart Home Manager app to assist you with setting up your AirTies 4920.
You can use the following resources to manually set up the AirTies 4920.
As a reminder, AirTies 4920 are compatible with the BGW320, BGW210, Pace 5268, and NVG599 Wi-Fi gateways.
Please reach back out and let us know if this helps.

This doesn't help. Why only these devices?? I wasn't told this when I was sold the item. This device is useless now to me.

We're sorry to hear that, minternet.
If you'd like, you can return the Extender by dropping it off at the nearest UPS or FedEx store. You can also contact the team at our paid service, HomeTech to see if there's another way to connect the Extender.
Thank you for visiting the AT&T Community Forums.
If you need help with anything else, we'll be here.

Where did you get these extenders? Do they have the AT&T logo on them?
I wouldn't take ATTHelp Aminah's advice on returning them unless you're currently leasing these units (I don't think AT&T ever leased 4920's)

No, but it probably should have the AT&T logo... I cannot use this device because it isn't an extender. It is a proprietary device that has limited functionality, and will not be allowed with another router. So if anyone ever has plans on upgrading their devices in the network do not buy this device.
