A sony Christmas Meets Uverse

I'm in Need of a big switch Miles of ethernet Cable now all my new toys require internet Sony DLMA home meets Uverse and a 2wire RG gets loaded. 2 BDP-s480s and a A/V receiver with network on it and a sony tablet that can control it all. the 2wire RG kicking and screaming now all 4ports are full and the WI-fi busy. I'm just looking for a switch now.

Yeah I went out got the Netgear GS105 it's working way beter than trying to use a 4 port router which kept crashing having dns issues. I've got the switch now all is good now

Normally on an install we use the GS108 from Netgear when adding ports to an RG during the install.  If you're going to run TVs and don't want to use this one, make sure the switch supports QoS which is required by all the boxes to run TV.  If its just for internet service then you don't necessarily need QoS unless one of the devices requires it. 

 

The switch is available here from the equipment store, but please feel free to find a switch that works for you.
