5268AC static ip block and windows remote desktop

I currently was just upgraded to this modem and for the life of me can't figure out how to route my public ip address to a single computer and also have it be a static internal ip.

So my ip router is 108.xx.xxx.214 with the usable ips as the .208-213 block

My ip address showing on my router is 104.xx.xxx.1

The computer static I want to have it route the any one of the block of external ips is to 192.168.1.77

I need to have a static internal ip because otherwise I can not map a network drive if I set it to an external.

I have opened the ports, I have even just tried to dmz to that specific computer but no luck.

I am fairly tech saavy but for the life of me can't figure this out.

Hi @luniz97,

We apologize about the issues, but we will be glad to help. You can assign your static IPs in your gateway, and after that, you can assign it to your device. We suggest statically setting it in your device. Here is a post that goes over setting it up. Let us know how it goes.
