2 months no internet,

I refuse to pay any further bills for internet untill it is resolved. The escalation team went mute and doesn't respond, the technicians who were scheduled to fix the issue are a no show and never came or called or even bother to.

The moment I can switch I will, I will contact the FCC and lawyers. Because this is absurd customer service and a rip off. 62$ a month for no internet what so ever and people who don't even want to contact you about the issue or offer a solution.

Your cables are falling appart, your modems are 10 years old at least and can't handle the bandwidth, your servers are trash and can't authenticate an account that's been around for 9 years. Y'all are a joke not an internet t company and the more people who see this online the better.
