Your sbcglobal.net account is out of date

This notice pops up and directs me to my email accounts, I have two, and this account needs fixing.

I click on FIX and up pops a box listing my account and requesting my password which I enter, the very same password that I use to sign in here.
It does not fix the problem, what is the answer of how to resolve this and get my email to sync?

We would be happy to help you resolve the issues with your SBCGlobal email @ekheimann!

 

AT&T has made accessing your email more secure. Are you going through Currentlycom to sign in? You may try resetting your password through the Currently website if the user name and password you have still does not work.

 

We also have a Ufix tool that can walk you through the steps to help you recover your email access, follow common topics > email setup and repair.

Thank you for your suggestion.  In the meantime, I resolved my problem by deleting my problem account and then reinstalling it.  In now works!
