I can not login to my account after it has been hacked in January.

I went to the store to have everything done by hackers reverted, and my online account has been locked for a month since then.


I called 877.285.0144. as prompted, but she asked me for some kind of VIN number which I never set up before. And she can not help without that VIN, and told me to go to store to fix it. Very good customer service...


Please help me here.

Based on the information you have provided, you are being advised to contact the myAT&T Fraud Locked Account assistance department. Because your account was tampered with without your authorization per your own admission, this department is the only one that can assist you at this time.

When you contact them, try asking if there is another way to verify your identity so they can unlock your account.
