I have been unable to log into my main e-mail address for 2 days. It is a prodigy account that I have had for about 20 years. I didn't change my password, so i'm not sure why it stopped working.
I don't know the answers to the security questions when I tried to reset the account to see if that would work, so i'm not sure what to do. I need to access this ASAP.
