windows 10 email client login not working

I use claws email client for windows 10 to retreive emails from the att.net worldnet accounts which consists of 4 accounts plus yahoo account. I noticed this morning that the client wasn't retreiving the emails and checked to see when I got the emails.

the last email received was on may 3, 2020. it looks like the problems started on may 5, 2020 with new mails waiting to be collected.

I checked claws network log. this is what it says.

Connecting to POP3 server: inbound.att.net:995...​

*** SSL/TLS handshake failed​

*** Can't connect to POP3 server: inbound.att.net:995​

please advise.

I use Thunderbird email client program. My inbound.att.net Email Server has not been responding for about (3) weeks. Tried using the ATT support page Chat function. Hours into those sessions, ATT Chat reps refuse to resolve my service ticket #(Edited per community guidelines) . I guest my only recourse is to withhold Bill payments to ATT !

looks like the claws client pop ssl/tls handahake issue has been resolved.

i needed to update the program to the latest version.

Thx for the update suggestion: I have the latest version of TBird email client. Still have no connection to inbound.att.net

POP3/IMAP servers.
