Error message says that password, which is on my equipment, is incorrect. I’ve tried connecting multiple devices and receive same error message.

We suggest you download our Smart Home Manager application- it will let you view and change your Wi-Fi name and password. You can also use it to troubleshoot your services, and change your internet settings!
