When signing into sbcglobal.net email on Yahoo, I am taken to ATT.net and my email is not recognized

I can no longer access my Yahoo email which has an sbcglobal.net address. When I insert my email addressed, I am immediately redirected to the ATT.com sign-in screen, where my sbcglobal email address is not accepted.  How can I sign in through Yahoo as I always have in the past?

Hi @sc4444,

Let's see what we can do to help!

If you have an AT&T account that that email is linked to, then changing the password for your AT&T User ID will also change the password for your email.

If this doesn't work, or isn't an option, your account may be inactive for one reason or another, and we recommend checking out this article for who to contact and what can be done.

Hope this helps!

Thank you for being an AT&T customer.
