Unable to View Copyright Alert

I'm having trouble even viewing my Alerts for Copyright Infringements. I know it's my son and I need to show him which files he's been accused of sharing. However, I get the "You are not an Active HSIA user" Error. When I try the solution here, it does not work. It still makes me re-login at the copyright page, which starts the cycle again.


Please help! We want to fix this.

We are here to help you. Log into the copyright infringement login trouble in a web browser under incognito/private browsing mode. This will disable any extensions/add-ons that may cause the current error.


To find your HSIA member ID click on this link, and follow the steps.

Hi! This is still not resolved following the steps you provided.


I did exactly as you said, opened the browser in an incognito window, but whenever I got to "login" on the copyright tutorial screen, it would take me to my AT&T login screen. It would see I was already signed in there, and then take me to my dashboard. When I went back to the copyright page, no sign of me having logged in.


Please help as today is the last day to complete this tutorial. As I've noted, I've been trying to even access this page for quite some time now and have not been able to.
