Unable to log into email

I am unable to log into my email on my computer. It says my account is locked and I need to reset the password. I am unable to reset my password because it says my security question answers are wrong. I use this as my primary email address and need to be able to access it from my computer. I have access on my phone still because its always logged in, but it wont let me access my password or account information. I don't have any other services with AT&T. I spent 2 hours on the phone today talking with 5 different people who didn't understand how to fix this issue and kept transferring me to random numbers that would simply transfer me back. please help

We can help with that email issue, @evancameron3. Sorry this has been such a frustrating process so far, but we’ll see what we can do to get you on the right track.

 

We do have a few different self-service options for resetting your password. It sounds like you’ve attempted these at least once, but we would recommend checking out that article. There may be an option in there that you haven’t attempted yet.

 

In particular: if your AT&T email is linked to an active AT&T account, you can sign in to your MyAT&T account and update the password and security questions from there. You can also do this via the MyAT&T app. That may be the best option to get your password reset, and get you back into your email.
