Unable to log into email - keep getting Not Found on Accelerator

For the past two days, I'm unable to get into my email.  For some reason it's going through AT&T.  I enter my email address and password and when it tries to sign in, it gives me a blank page that says Not Found on Accelerator.

Hello @Deebee,

We understand you're having issues accessing your email account. Don't worry we can help with that.

What type of email are you referring to?

If this is an AT&T email are you using https://soc.att.com/2LbTbuD to log in?

Please let us know so we can better address this issue.

It is a flash.net email address.  It was used through Yahoo mail then somehow for the past few years, it was also associated with at&t.  I have tried the link you gave me, and I still keep getting the not found on accelerator error message.  Here's the URL address in the properties of the bookmark that was always used to sign into the email:  https://mg.mail.yahoo.com/neo/launch?.partner=sbc&retry_ssl=1

If this could just get un-linked to AT&T, it might solve my problem.

Thank you

Thanks for reaching back @Deebee,

Are you able to access your email on any other device? Have you tried Clearing Browser History, Cookies, and Cache and attempt access using a different browsers?

We look forward to your response.

Yes, I do that every morning before I get on the internet.  Here are the screen snapshots.  First one is the error and the second is the screen I use to sign into email and immediately receive the not found on accelerator message.

@Deebee

Try signing in to your email on your mobile device (use att dot net) and let us know if that same error page pops up.

Good luck!  I'm still not able to get into my email.  I was sent a private message with a phone number to the DSL team because they said my dial up email portal was suspended and they need to lift it.  Spoke, FINALLY, with someone I could barely understand and she didn't want to help me at all.  When I wouldn't give up, she looked into it and supposedly lifted it.  Gave me a temporary password.  I was able to log in and set a new password, but am still right back to the error - not found on accelerator.  This is CRAZY.  I just want my email back! Smiley Mad

I have the same situation.   Cannot sign in to my email.  Get the "Not Found on Accellerator" error message every time.  My wife has a sub-account to mine and she cannot, either.   Since the wee hours this morning.

I have tried using different browsers, tried on mobile devices, tried entering through my.at&t, floundered around on some of their support pages ...

My situation may be unique in that my sbcglobal.net email was hooked to an at&t home landline phone number which was canceled in May.   We moved to Mexico in May (for a year), but before leaving I called at&t and asked if my sbc email would still work after I canceled my home phone.  Yep, they said, as long as you keep using it.  If you let it sit there unused, it may get swept away.

But we have used and planned to rely on it a lot!  I went all paperless for financial accounts and such.   So I either need to get it fixed quick, or change all my email of record addresses on a dozen or so accounts to an alternate gmail email I have.

Anyway, any pointers or help appreciated.

It's very frustrating, isn't it, Greg!  Pretty much the same situation here.  My email is through flash.net and ended up being supported through sbcglobal.net.  Looks like that's the common problem.  I've had to change the email on every account I can think of also, but need to get back into my email account for things that have been saved there.

Come on AT&T; please help us out, this isn't just one person out there now.

I work IT and I'm having the same problem for a client with a sbcglobal.net account.  Password reset will not gain you access to your email account.  It seems the problem is the account exists with ATT. Yahoo OAuth however doesn't have an email account attached to the username, which is causing the Not Found on Accelerator error. I've called and talked to multiple "techs" from ATT, but when I explain the problem they just try to reset the password.  I'm not sure how I'm going to get this repaired due to the incompetence of the ATT techs and the amount of time it takes to talk to a real person let alone someone who can actually help.

@mckee1 Since you work in IT, and are flummoxed by AT&T tech ineptitude just like regular humans like me, I think I might as well give up on trying to restore my sbcglobal.net email.  😞   I have already altered most of my key online accounts and such to link to a gmail.com email address, but like @Deebee I have a lot of saved emails in several dozen folders, going back a decade.  Luckily (knock wood) I still have access to all of them through the mail function on my iPad, however I cannot send them to my gmail.com address.  (Any ideas on how I might??)  At least I can access the info in those emails and print a hard copy if absolutely necessary.
