Unable to get authentication e-mails from Game companies

Since switching ISPs, I set up ATT.net e-mail addresses to handle my game accounts. On 3 companies, EA, Steam and Blizzard, I was able to switch e-mails no problems. But for Ubisoft and Bethesda (Elderscrollsonline) after switching e-mail address I can not receive their verification e-mails. In both cases, I never receive any e-mails. In ubisoft's case, I tried for 10 days straight. I've done the usual checks in the spam folder and all that, but it seems like the e-mails are getting filtered at ATT\Yahoo's server level. Anyone else seen this behavior?

@Dalexx

You are correct, sometimes our security measures block legitimate messages. Contact our AT&T Postmaster at abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net about our e-mail block list for help getting your e-mails unblocked.

We're here to help get your e-mails back, @Dalexx!

Could you check to see if you are able to login and view your e-mails via Currently? If you are able to do so, then this means the e-mail client you are using is having issues connecting.

If you would like to access your e-mails outside of that website, you may need to look into Open Authentication or Secure Mail Key to ensure your e-mail account stays synched properly and is able to be logged into.

Open Authentication is a security measure we put in place that encrypts your e-mail and password when using 3rd Party e-mail clients. Our article regarding OAuth also states what applications work with this security system.

If the 3rd Party e-mail client you are using is not in that list, you will need to Create a Secure Mail Key. This is a security measure that encrypts your password, and you are able to create and manage it via myAT&T. You will then use your Secure Mail Key as your password when logging into any 3rd Party programs or applications, while your login to any AT&T sites will stay the same.

Let us know if this helps!

I am only accessing my e-mail address from the currently.att.yahoo.com link\web interface.  Again, the problem isn't that I'm receiving no e-mails, it is that I'm only getting some, maybe even most. Just not certain types of authentication type e-mails

I'm guessing that something in the authentication e-mails are doing something that triggers a spam filter at the server level that blocks it. Once I contact the company and get them to revert my e-mail address, I once again get all the authentication requests.

Here is a sample of the e-mail type I can not get to arrive at my att.net address

Was this issue resolved?  I'm having the same problem.  Customer support from the Elder Scrolls Online has been sending me instructions to my ATT email account, but they never get through.  I've tried logging in directly through currently and they are not there either so it's not my outlook causing the issue.  I really need to be able to communicate with these people to get my account fixed, so if there was a resolution to this issue please let me know.

No, ATT had me checks some things and send off to Bethesda support. Bethesda gave me more generic, "check your spam settings" suggestions and that was the end of it.

Ultimately, you'll have to convince Bethesda to switch your e-mail address back to the old e-mail or over to a new one that actually works.
