Hi @preetamd,

Please  keep in mind that your AirTies Smart Home WiFi Extender is  connected to your main netwok and is set up as an extention to that network. It will extend only one network. If you are wanting to used your guest network band, you will need to set settings for your guest sign in.

I always thought that the AirTies Home WiFi Extender created a mesh network for both the main (5 Ghz) and guest (2.4 Ghz) networks at the same time, especially since both lights on the device were solid green.  But in my own home I just discovered that it was only working on the main network. Is there any way to extend both networks.  For example, is it possible to install 2 AirTies devices, one for each network?
