Sub account stopped synching

One of my 5 email sub-accounts has stopped synching on my iPhone, iPad, through Outlook on my desktop. It is also not accessible online on Currently / Yahoo mail.

 

My primary and other sub-accounts are working fine, and they use the same password.

 

I've cleared caches etc. Would you please help resolve the issue?

Follow up. I contacted customer service by phone and we were able to reset the password and get access again in the Currently site online. However even though I’ve updated my iPhone and iPad account info I still can’t access my mail. I’ll give it a while and check later.
