stay logged into e-mail

I cannot stay logged into my e-mail even tho I check the box to stay logged in for two weeks?

Hi there, @Nutfrm_88.

 

We understand the convenience of being able to stay signed into your email. Please ensure your web browser is not prohibiting the website from saving passwords. You can do so in your settings. This is an option that is put in place in order to protect your email privacy. Are you accessing your email via phone, tablet, or computer? 

Do you come across any other errors outside of a constant sign in?

Clear your browser cache and cookies (or just the pertinent att and yahoo cookies).  See if that fixes the problem.

See if the problem exists if you use a another browser.

I still have to sign I into my e-mail every time.  I have checked my settings and do not have this problem with other sites.  I am getting very impatient with at&t.
