Started just a day or two ago--cannot forward individual emails without losing content such as graphics and active links

After hitting the forward arrow to forward an email to another person, the body of the email completely changes and it loses the graphics and active links. All that remains are a few lines of text. What is going on? The email is completely unusable.

Let us see what we can about this, @BVBV.

What email domain are you using (AT&T, Yahoo!, SBCglobal, etc.)?

If you done so haven't yet, we suggest trying to fix your email service by following the steps listed in our article on Email, Mail Client, Website & Features Troubleshooting. You should start with the section titled WebMail and Features Troubleshooting.

Give that a try and let us know if you require further assistance.

I did most of the troubleshooting. The problem was independent of any troubleshooting "fix." Somehow the ATT email "forward" function had defaulted to plain text, as evidenced by the "Tt" button being the only option at the bottom of the email where the "Send" button is. I pushed the "Tt" button and it disappeared and brought back all the other buttons that were there before. So I fixed my own problem. Don't know how it became a problem, though.
