Someone’s email doesn’t get to my sbcglobal.net account

There is a customer that I have that cannot reach my sbcglobal.net account. He is blocked somehow but not by me. It is a real problem?

what to do?

Hey @JudyAmicAngelo101,

 

We are here to help with the Email trouble. Double-check to see if the customer is on your Email block list. If you do not see their Email address on it. You will need to find out more information from the customer.

 

Some information to ask for is; the exact error message they are receiving, have they checked their spam folder, confirm they are not blocking you, and have they contacted their postmaster. It can be an issue with their Email provider, and we recommend having them contact their Email provider.

What error are they getting, when they try to send you an email?

 

Have they checked the spam folder, to see if anything is getting rerouted there?

 

Do they have you blocked?

 

We also recommend that you troubleshoot your email, and make sure all the settings are correct.
