SET UP EMAIL ON PHONE

      For long time, I've been able to view my emails for SBCGLOBAL.NET on my phone.. suddenly it was not going in and said I needed to re-enter my password.. but when I do, it says it is invalid... I try to go ahead and change the password, but have to sign into att.net and there is NO way I can find to change the password for my SBCGLOBAL.NET  password when signed into ATT.NET  

       HOW DO I CHANGE THE PASSWORD..   ONCE i GET THAT FIXED...  HOW DO I SET THE EMAIL UP ON THE PHONE.. 

   HELP!!!!

   you gave me NO solution to my problem..... DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT TO DO????!!!!!
HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD FOR  bkortega@sbcglobal.net     when YOU logged me out  (WHILE I WAS TYPING AN EMAIL BY THE WAY) and I had to sign back in.. it would NOT accept the password I havebeen using..  I finally gave up and just did a "Forget Password"  itsigned me in  and there was an option to create new password.. BUT I cannotget into bkortega@sbcglobal.net to change it...  It made me sign in with Punjabisis105@att.net   but I see NOTHING IN THERE TO LET ME CHANGE MYPASSWORD TO bkortega@sbcglobal.net         I CANNOT GET MY bkortega@sbcglobal.net working ON MY PHONE BECAUSEIT "CONSTANTLY TELLS ME THE ID AND PASSWORD ARE NOT CORRECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
     IS THERE ANYONE THERE WHO CAN TELL ME HOW TO FIX THIS MESS
I HAVE TWO EMAILS..   PUNJABISIS105@ATT.NET  AND BKORTEGA@SBCGLOBAL.NET
  I have never used punjabisis105@att.net.. it was set up because YOU required it whenI signed up for U-Verse...   I HAVE ALWAYS used bkortega@sbcglobal.net.. all my billscome to the sbcglobal.net email..    I NEED IT FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

att is a joke and doesnt fix anything.  many of us have not been able to get into our sbcglobal accounts for weeks and weeks

 

nobody cares.  nothing is being fixed.  att knows we post this problem all the time every single day.

they sure don't make things easy and they don't do much to help... I can get into my email on the computer but I have no idea anymore what my password is..  when I punch "Forgot Password,"  THEY sign me into it and claim the password is reset.. BUT it is not reset to use the same  one..I can't use my password on my phone.. tells me is not correct.. so the first time they caused me to have to sign in, and it was giving  me the same issue on the computer and had to hit "Forgot Password" THEY signed me in and I've been using my email on the computer... so I have NO Idea what they did.. but I need to change the  password so can use it on the phone also and I find NO WAY to change the password for my sbcglobal email account... 

     If I have to call them on the phone, they will not like what I have to say...  They have totally made it difficult to work with ...  It would be a lot of changes for me to create a new email .. I have my email with all my bills I pay and I have certain emails saved into folders that I need...  so creating a new email to use would cause me much problems...

    Hi..   I got mine resolved by getting on chat with ATT...  evidently, my two emails are linked so they

NOW have the same password... so either email I use to sign in, I use the same password... So when I changed

the password for my one email, it changed the other one... so now have it set up on my  phone...
