Seniors not able to obtain access to Bellsouth acct HELP

75 mother does not remember password for States the page directed her to call At&T. When she calls she was told since she does not have AT&T as her provider they cannot help her??? I have tried to sent me to the add user ID however the ID is not her email name and she cannot recall what it is. We are desperate to help her. How can I help her reset her account. This account is her connection to her bills etc and she is beside herself.
