I was tricked by a scam. Is there any remedy for this?
Clicked on email saying att.net service was changing, and now my bellsouth.net email isn't working. I was able to change my password, but all incoming emails go directly to trash. Any remedy for this?

The scammer likely set up a rule to automatically delete incoming email. You need to carefully check any emails received since then for any password reset notifications of other accounts.

We're happy to help, @karenll1.
Try refreshing your email account by using our email troubleshooting guide.
The section titled Email Not Going Where It Is Supposed To? is the best place to start. We also suggest following these steps as well:
Clear Cache and Cookies
Update Your Browser
Test signing in to your webmail using another browser
Disable browser tools or add-ons
Disable your firewall
Enable Adobe Flash Player
Make sure Java is up-to-date
We hope this helps! Be sure to let us know how it went.
