sbcglobal.net login issue

When I try to log in to my sbcglobal.net email account using the yahoo login page, I get redirected to myAT&T login page (I use my sbcglobal.net email address as an ID to login to my AT&T ISP service account too).  This problem regularly occurred after my kids visited their ROBLOX account. In the past I would clear all my browsing history, cache and cookies from Microsoft Edge (as recommended by AT&T support) and I would be able to access my sbcglobal.net email account again. The clearing of all my browsing history, cache and cookies from Microsoft Edge solution is no longer working and I am presently unable to get to my sbcglobal.net email account. Can you provide a solution that will restore my ability to access my email?

Hi There @Topcat11

Thank you for the post. We can help you with getting back into your email.

 

There was a recent update where using AT&T or legacy email addresses(such as SBCGlobal) will not work through the Yahoo portal.

 

The new path is by going to https://soc.att.com/2XcoLuF. Then click on "Sign In." Once the page changes and you see your name at the top of the page, then you can click on the envelope icon to the right and that will take you to your your inbox.

Hi, I had the same problem as the person above, @Topcat11:  When I tried to login to my sbcglobal.net email account, I could not get in.

This suggested solution did not work for me, either. When I went to the link (https://soc.att.com/2XcoLuF) I can see my name at the top right. I am already signed in. In fact, I was able to go in and change my password. But if I click either on the envelope at the top right, or the envelope that says Mail on the left menu, I get taken to an old link that doesn't work. Please help!

I tried this and it did not work.  I keep getting an error message of "Not Found on Accelerator" no matter how I try to log into my sbcglobal.net account.  I have had this account for more than 10 years so if I lose everything in it this will be catastrophic!

Oh...and another thing...the new link provided above takes you to a Yahoo! page, so if the mail client is no longer supported on the Yahoo! portal, this will not work!
