I can't get my email from yahoo anymore. It says they don't have my address as an account. I think it might be my old legacy sbcglobal.net email

I am having this same issue. Resetting my password is not a viable option nor are any of the steps listed on the link due to the fact that the page straight up says they can't even recognize the email address to begin with.
Real problem was that AT&T was not connecting to multiple websites which included yahoo. It wasn’t your gateway or a bad connection in your equipment. Multiple locations in Southern California were affected.
