I tried to change my password on my email account (just because I had never changed it).  I was unable to do so.  I got an error message back stating, "We've searched our records and can't find the User ID and last name combination you entered. Check your entries and try again."  My entries were correct. At that point I left my old password alone and accessed my account and was still emails on my iPhone. The next day on my iPhone I got a system message stating I needed to update my new password to my email account in settings. When I tried to access my email account on my laptop, I got an error message stating "Invalid password. Please try again."  When I clicked on "Forgot my Password" to try to reset it, I got the same message about not be able to find User ID and last name combination.  Now I can´t access my email account on my computer or my iPhone. What do I need to do to access my emails again?  I don´t have an ATT account.  My internet is provided through Comcast and my mobile phone service is provided by Verizon.  Please help.
