I am still using the ( email account do I need to change anything? If so how and what is the steps to change account over to so I do not loose my email from original account?

We're happy to help! You can set up your SBCGlobal email account to forward your emails to your address. Start by going to and signing in with your SBCGlobal credentials. Then click on "Mail Options". Highlight the "Management" tab and click on the "POP Access and Forwarding" button. Check the box next to "Forwarding" and enter your email address. Click "OK" to save.

I can't get into my email account which is [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.] why is that?
