Sbc global account recovery

I haven't been able to login to my sbcglobal account for quite some time and was wondering if it was deleted by att for inactivity? i have another email that I'm trying to recover and my sbc global email is the recovery email. every time i try to reset or try the forgot password option it gives me an error saying not enough information is connected to my account. it won't even let me answer security questions. which i know i have them. what is the issue here?

@mocwab As of right now we do not have a policy for deleting any accounts for inactivity. We would be happy to assist you with gaining access to your sbc global account.

 

You mention you haven’t been able to login to your account for quite some time, can you be more specific? ie a couple of weeks, months or longer?

 

Since resetting your password didn’t work, have you tried logging in on another web browser? (Ie Firefox, safari, internet explorer, chrome, etc.) We also offer an alternate option of resetting your password.
