Sbc global account recovery
I haven't been able to login to my sbcglobal account for quite some time and was wondering if it was deleted by att for inactivity? i have another email that I'm trying to recover and my sbc global email is the recovery email. every time i try to reset or try the forgot password option it gives me an error saying not enough information is connected to my account. it won't even let me answer security questions. which i know i have them. what is the issue here?
