Remove IP address from blacklist

Our company is being blacklist from AT&T. When our employees email their home email accounts they receive a bounce back email. I have emailed the abuse with no response back, I did talk with McAfee  and they did clear us from their list. I have read a bunch of blogs and tried different links for ATT nothing has worked. I am having trouble getting my IP address removed from your blacklist. I have made the request to have it removed several times in the past week and received responses that it was being worked on, but 5 days later it still doesn't work. This is a new IP address that was recently assigned us and prior to this we had no trouble.
